We hadden een afspraak om 4:00 u in de ochtend om de wagen achter te laten op de parking en stipt om 4:00 u stopt de parkeereigenaar ter plaatse en wijst ons vriendelijk de weg waar de auto te plaatsen. Meteen konden we met hem het shuttlebusje in om naar de luchthaven te gaan. Hij zei geef 10 minuten voor je terug op de parking komt een seintje en ik kom, en zo gebeurde. Top service!!!!!

Prima alternatief voor de parkeerplaatsen op de luchthaven. Transferbus stond bij aankomst en terugkomst al klaar.

Mijn ervaring van gisteren was verschrikkelijk. De chauffeur sprak noch Engels noch Nederlands, en noch mijn zoon noch ik spreken Frans. Mijn zoon belde in het Engels om te vragen waar we moesten afspreken, maar de chauffeur gaf een onverstaanbare uitleg; toen mijn zoon om verduidelijking vroeg, schold de chauffeur hem uit. Hij zette me bijna de auto uit op de parkeerplaats van de luchthaven en gedroeg zich onbeschoft en agressief. Op de parkeerplaats vroeg ik om mijn autosleutels; hij weigerde ze af te geven en eiste 10 euro, ook al had ik al betaald. Ik wilde de politie bellen maar zag daarvan af, omdat we uitgeput waren na een slapeloze nacht.

Alles goed verlopen. Prima locatie; dicht bij autostrade en 15 minuutjes van de luchthaven. We arriveerden vroeg in de ochtend en terugkeer laat in de avond. Zeer stipte en vriendelijke chauffeur!

We had to pay an additional 20 euros for a 1.5-month-old child and airport transfer. The app didn't say anything else about this, so we're not very happy and angry.

Overall the experience was okay and if we were ever in the same situation, I would still go for this parking, but I wish the situation was a bit less stressful and more positive. When we arrived, the shuttle driver was very stressed out. He wanted us to hurry, which we did, and he forgot to handle the situation in a friendly manner. We let it slide because some other passenger forgot to bring cash money, so we understand the situation wasn't ideal. We went quickly and were happy to arrive at the airport on time. On the way back, we called when we had the bagage, but we were quickly told he would leave within 2 minutes and again this wasn't really a friendly call. I didn't accept the tone this time, so the conversation turned awkward. We were at the pick up spot 5 minutes after we time of arrival put into Park Mundo. Park Mundo asks you to fill in the time of landing, not the time you can be at the pickup spot so this is mainly a misunderstanding and a system that isn't ideal, but again we wish the driver handled the situation more positive. Also we thought 5 minutues of lineage is to be expected. But allright, we had to wait a little, which is no big deal, but it is frustrating that communication is not calm and relaxed. I can imagine the driver has to deal with a lot of annyoing customers, so he is very assertive, but that doesn't help the situation after all. The parking itself is fine. I believe they don't overbook it and it is secure. As I said, the whole experience was okay. I read the review of other places with are more negative. The car was secure, the shuttle doesn't take long and he rides all the time it seems so no risk of long delays. But, I wish the driver finds a little more peace in his work. His job is stressful and better communication can help him and the customers a lot.

Parfait. Les places sont un peu serrées mais le service est très bon. Nous reviendrons.

Top service!!! We highly recommend them. Staff called us 1 hour up front to make sure we are on our way and to tell us they are waiting for us. They made sure our journeys to and from the airport were smooth, fast, flawless. We didn't wait at all. Parking spot was great, wide, with solid ground under it. We'll surely come back here in 1 months.

Prima service. Ik zou ze meteen opnieuw boeken. Ik heb wel een suggestie voor hen. De firma geeft de googlemaps-link aan om locatie te vinden met als reden "om alle verwarring te voorkomen", maar als je andere gps gebruikt kan je niet vermoeden dat er in Charleroi in twee deelgemeenten een straat is met dezelfde naam: Rue De Vigneron in Ransaert en in Jumet. Als men de vage waarschuwing zou vervangen door te zeggen dat men in Jumet moet zijn en niet in Ransaert, zal dat veel mensen helpen.

It was my first time using longterm parking. And it was super good service! We parked for 8 days. It was very good price and super service. Friendly drivers. They were always on time. It was easy communication. I will use it again next time! I highly recommend!

Fantastische ervaring bij Securi&luxe! De locatie is perfect. De service is ongelooflijk efficiënt; binnen 2 minuten na aankomst zat ik in de shuttle. Extra complimenten voor de erg aardige chauffeurs die de rit erg plezierig maakten. De auto stond veilig geparkeerd op het goed bewaakte terrein. De perfecte, stressvrije start van de vakantie!
